This past holiday weekend, my mom, the avid gardener she is, took to our budding garden. Amidst the floral explosion of pink, magenta, purple, and green stood an outlier: our weeping birch tree. Normally at this time of year, our weeping birch is in full bloom, so the juxtaposition of this barren tree with the flourishing surroundings was truly a sight for sore eyes. My mother, in addition to being an eager gardener, is also a determined solution seeker. She immediately went to the largest database of information: the Internet. She posed a straightforward question: why did our weeping willow lose all its leaves? This question, seemingly easy to answer, only yielded information in how to determine whether our weeping birch was alive and thus did not provide an answer relevant to mother’s inquiry. So to all those reading this with either a wealth of botanical knowledge or a keen green thumb, do you know why our weeping birch is losing all its leaves? Does it have to do with the weather? Is there a certain pesky critter that is parasitizing our tree? Written by Amanda Chen, Marketing Consultant at Inkwhy Middlebury College Class of 2014

It is common for businesses and organizations to experience difficulty keeping their contact information fresh and up-to-date. Contact information becomes stale at a rate of 17% annually from just sitting in databases. The frequency with which individuals change addresses, phone numbers, and sign-up for new email addresses is startling. Individuals make these changes for a variety of reasons ranging from a change in career, getting married, or simply a result of relocating. The US Census reports that more than 11% of all Americans changed residency between 2010 and 2011. These frequent changes result in outdated contact information.
It is time consuming and costly to keep up with these changes. Contacts are a vital part of your business or organization’s identity. A contact that does not have accurate, up-to-date contact information is useless and inactive. That stale contact information prohibits a business or organization from contacting individuals which in-turn contributes to a loss of potential revenue. The Updentity solution allows users to update, consolidate, deduplicate, and back up contacts securely in a cloud based environment across platforms, devices and departments. Updentity updates phone numbers, email addresses, and physical address fields with the most current update information from a variety of sources including social networks, the Web, and third-party providers; and can even determine whether a phone number is land based, cellular, or even listed on a do-not-call registry. The Updentity contact maintenance system transforms stale, outdated contact information into fresh, usable data that produces results! Contact the Updentity team and register for an account today. When do you create a compelling presentation, you will need to find the right person to help you prepare it. Who you would use depends on what the topic and length of your presentation will be, and whether it is meant to be informational or visual.
One suggestion is to check out fiverr.com and search for "powerpoint presentation." Also, keep an eye out for experts and service providers at whinot.com. The square root of 90 is 3sqrt10, or approximately 9.487.
